DAY PORTER SCOPE OF WORK:

Street sidewalks into landscaping areas

1.  Removal of trash, debris etc. (clothing, wood pieces, tires, and garbage) including cigarette butts and trash throughout area.
2. Parking lot areas (not truck courts)
3. Removal of trash, debris etc.
4.  Removal of dirt, debris, trash and cigarette butts as possible from around vehicles as possible.

Sidewalks in front of offices and landscape areas

1. Pick up trash
2. Landscape Islands and Retention areas (if applicable)
3. Pick up trash and debris
4. Truck Courts and Dumpster Enclosures
5. Remove pallets standard size (no more than 2 per area if more Property Manager will be notified)
6. Pick up trash, wood pieces, debris, and garbage throughout the area.

Truck Courts and Dumpster Enclosures – PRIORTY

1. Sweep out all dumpster areas
2. Sweep out truck well areas from building out approximately 1 foot to truck well basins and the width of the truck court.
3. Remove trash, wood pieces, debris, and garbage on concrete apron.
4. Remove pallets standard size

No more than 2 per area if more Property Manager will be notified

1. Dispose of any garbage
2. Dust windows tracks, sills, & door trim
3. Blinds - dust

Breakrooms

1. Counters
2. Sink, faucet, drain, edges of sink
3. Mop Floors - as required

Restrooms

1. Toilet interior and exterior,
2. Mirrors
3. Counter tops, Cupboards/Drawers as necessary
4. Replenish paper products, soap, waste basket as necessary

Warehouse

1. Sweep warehouse floor
2. Sweep in front of Doorways and Roll-up
3. Broom Roll-up Door Panels within in reach
4. Remove cobwebs within reach

Notify property managers of the following:

1. Stained Ceiling Tiles ·
2. Plumbing issue (broken toilet, dripping faucets etc.)
3. Any damage

WINDOW WASHING SCOPE OF WORK

1. All exterior windows and mullions shall be washed and wiped leaving both surfaces streak free.

2. All entry ways shall be washed to remove all cobwebs and debris. Precaution is to be used not to interrupt flow of traffic in and out each doorway.

3. All exterior lighting at entryways shall be wiped of all cobwebs and debris.

4. Static cling stickers will be placed on suite entry door/glass as verification of cleaning.

POWER WASHING SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Concrete walkways are to be power washed.

2. Drains to be washed without.
